Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as per QS guideline.
∎ Updating & following Production Test Plan (PTP) especially for H & M.
∎ Corresponding with QS responsible for H & M buyer and fulfilling their requirements.
∎ Detecting faults of operation and recommending corrective action plan timely and discussing / solving the problems independently
∎ Monitoring all the production process from cutting to packing as per H & M Standard.
∎ Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Securing Trim card approval as per H&M Guide line.
∎ Providing shade approval as discuss with QS Responsible and give country wise plan.
∎ Reserving all information of each order/style including with buyer inspection report.
∎ Conducting QS Audit per week.
∎ Maintaining COC, QS etc. requirements.
∎ Following up all inspection schedule and conducting buyer inspection by communicating with buying QC.
∎ Following up over all H&M requirement in every stage.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
