Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile in a reputed University like AUST/ BUTEX/ City/ Prime Asia/ South East/ BIFT, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all operation(s) of the printing Floor, Independently
∎ Ensure Interpersonal discipline/activities with the Managers, Supervisors, Quality and other related department
∎ Proper knowledge of manpower utilization
∎ Ensure on-time production and meet the shipment schedules
∎ Liaisons with the Necessary clients/Garments personnel/ interpersonal relations
∎ Monitor activities of Sampling/Test cutting/Production & up-to delivery, as per buyer’s requirements
∎ Provide technical solution to solve the print difficulties, follow-up the different print Wash test/Q.C. reports etc.
∎ Take initiative to solve the chemical requirements with the color section
∎ Having interest to know new techniques from out sourcing sources
∎ Any other task(s) assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Should have positive Leadership attributes.
∎ Clear Understanding of Graphics design developed/Color Separations & Color making process.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Having Good Knowledge of the Computer literacy i.e. Spreadsheet / Word / E-mail.
∎ Well conversant in MS - Office
∎ Willing to stay at factory site at own accord
