A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (Preferably in Textile Engineering).

Additional Requirements:
2-3 years of experience of production in RMG industry.
Knowledge of product tech pack (PTP), production process (cutting, sewing, stitching), production planning, textile and garments products, production monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance of products.
Skill in MS Word, MS Excel and report writing.
Good analytical ability, and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare a loading plan.
Create effective production planning and monitor the production for on-time delivery.
Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
Ensure receiving quality raw materials and its proper utilization as per job order.
Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
Monitor `Daily Production Report` and communicate with the management.
Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
Provide strong leadership to the staff at the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
