Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze incoming orders, samples, and credit information to develop comprehensive production and section loading plans.
∎ Supervise the enrollment of artisans and facilitate their skill development. This includes close monitoring to enhance production capacity and bridge resource gaps as required.
∎ Devise efficient section loading strategies to ensure equitable distribution of tasks among artisans. You will oversee production activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Verify the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure their appropriate utilization in alignment with job orders. This is crucial for meeting daily production targets.
∎ Ensure the production process aligns with quality standards to reduce costs and minimize the rate of rejections and alterations.
∎ Collaborate with the Center Manager in the recruitment, training, and retention of both new and existing workers.
∎ Display strong leadership within the section, fostering high morale, promoting teamwork, and cultivating positive employee relations.
∎ Monitor and document the Daily Production Report while maintaining open communication with management regarding production progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience of production in RMG sector/ similar organizations
∎ Knowledge of product tech pack (PTP), Production process (cutting, sewing, stitching) and production planning, Textile and Garments products, Production Planning and monitoring, Quality assurance (products)
∎ Analytical ability, interpersonal and communication skills
