Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all received orders, along with samples, all credits and prepare a production and section
∎ loading plan
∎ Create effective section loading plan to ensure capacity wise distribution of works to the artisans
∎ and monitor the production for on-time delivery
∎ Ensure artisans enrollment and skills development to ensure capacity and minimize the resources
∎ gap as per requirement through proper supervision and monitoring
∎ Ensure receiving quality raw materials and its proper utilization as per job order to achieve day to
∎ day production targets
∎ Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production
∎ process
∎ Monitor 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management
∎ Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff at the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good
∎ employee relations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience of production in RMG sector/ similar organizations
∎ Knowledge of product tech pack (PTP), Production process (cutting, sewing, stitching) and production planning, Textile and Garments products, Production Planning and monitoring, Quality assurance (products)
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and statistical data analysis skills
