Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc in (Dairy Science/ Food Technology/ Applied Chemistry)from any government approved institute with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor routine production activities
∎ Check and ensure quantity of all raw materials, pacing materials according to production plan
∎ Check and ensure CIP(Clean In Place) before and after production related machine, tank, silo, pipe line, and milk tanker etc
∎ Ensure cleaning, sanitation, hygiene of all machine and working area
∎ Supervise and develop pest control program for the factory
∎ Ensure raw milk receiving, processing, according to production plan & FIFO method
∎ Monitor all register, log sheet and other records
∎ Monitor & supervise the activities of process operators, CIP(Clean In Place) operators and process helpers regularly
∎ Identification of various problem and solve them with cooperation of another department such as maintenance, transport, general/product store and QAD(Quality Assurance Department)
∎ Train and motivate production staff as required
∎ Prepare daily, monthly production and consumption report (raw materials, chemicals and packing materials)
∎ Prepare monthly performance report of operator and production helpers
∎ Maintain daily attendance register of operator, production worker and daily workers.

∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in same sector will be given preference
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
