Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
∎ A Master’s or equivalent degree/certification in a relevant field is a plus.
∎ Skills Required: Ethical Sourcing, Inventory Control, Logistics, Procurement

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management, Logistics Management, Procurement and Logistics, Procurement Process, Vendor management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure inter-departmental coordination for efficient support of the procurement & logistics staff/team to the area offices, regional offices, and every department of the country office;
∎ Monitor other supports such as timely procurements, vehicle management, maintenance, etc;
∎ Ensure compliance with all related FH Policies and standards including the Conflict of Interest Policy and No-Gift Policy throughout all processes of procurement
∎ Assist in establishing a clear procurement plan ensuring that requests are managed effectively; ensuring sufficient time is provided to complete all necessary processes;
∎ Check that all procurement requests are completed correctly and the duties of collecting quotations are segregated amongst the team to prevent conflict of interest;
∎ Build and strengthen the professional relationships between vendors and FH, mentoring vendors about FH policies and values to ensure the provision of the best service;
∎ Visit vendor’s factories, warehouses, etc., and enlist capable vendors from time to time, keeping clear documentation of vendor enlistment for future reference
∎ Conduct price checks on all procurement conducted and negotiate strong value for money;
∎ Provide staff with orientation on the organization’s procurement systems and processes to a knowledge level relevant to their position.
∎ Maintain all office (including regional/field level) assets and inventory book and check on a periodic basis (quarterly), ensuring that assets and inventory are maintained in an electronic database;
∎ Ensure that proper acceptable standard warehousing/ storage techniques are used in handling organizational commodities;
∎ Maintain and manage individual goals to ensure objectives are achieved;
∎ Develop personal and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes through learning by doing, receiving constructive feedback, and inductions/orientation.
∎ Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures in the Procurement and logistic operations.
∎ Undertake any other relevant duties as directed by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Direct experience at a Reputed Local or International NGO is preferred.

∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, ability to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);

∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems, and/or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and/or GoToMeeting;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, and ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach, and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel up to 30% of the time per year in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
