Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Procurement / purchase expertise preferable.
• Strong Knowledge of Local markets, suppliers, sourcing strategies and excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.

• Analyze technical requirements for office, event, and technical items to determine suitable sourcing strategies.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

• To analysis technical requirements, identify suitable suppliers and negotiate with Vendors before purchasing the product. 

• Ensuring the quality and quantity, Managing and Collecting quotations from two or more dedicated vendors as per the requirements.

• Coordinate procurement efforts with internal teams to align with project timelines and requirements.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Utilize sourcing tools and software to streamline the procurement process and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and transparency.
