Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate (preferably in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sample as per the requirements of Aarong Design department
∎ Receive the job (production) order with the sample from Aarong Merchandising department
∎ Collect pattern and consumption of fabric from the Pattern room as per job order
∎ Prepare product costing as per the sample and take approval from Aarong Merchandising department
∎ Place the production order and ensure raw materials & accessories to the production centers
∎ Take approval of the pre-production samples from the Design department
∎ Prepare yearly production plan and ensure timely production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 2 years of experience in merchandising in the RMG industry
∎ Knowledge of garments product, sample development, cost analysis, and quality assurance
∎ Good analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Skills in report writing and presentation
