Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and hardworking candidate who will be responsible for production and marketing areas of printing press.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to receive pre-approved tender schedule along with all proposals from Tender Control Unit verify and develop a detail Comparison Sheet (CS)
∎ Responsible to forward the comparison sheet to the Procurement Committee to take decision
∎ In case of more vendor negotiations, develop and apply different strategies on a case to case basis as per the policies, procedures and guidelines
∎ Ensure to check all items mentioned in Comparison Sheet
∎ Responsible to raise work order as per item details and rates mentioned in that CS against that awarded supplier. All the terms and conditions of the order have to be mentioned in CS
∎ Responsible to send a copy of order to Inventory Control Unit for further actions as well to finance department
∎ Responsible for all kind of bill submitted to finance related with procurement.
∎ Responsible for yearly student bundle (books, stationeries, copies and papers) related purchase i.e. sourcing, purchasing, ensure delivering and bill processing
∎ Ensure that all items have been supplied by the suppliers.
∎ In case of cash purchase, ensure that all cash has been given to the right person, in right time and all adjustments have been made in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Ability to multitask simultaneously.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Good analytical, managerial and leadership skills.
∎ Able to manage time well
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.
