Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & Follow up Daily Inventory transaction.
∎ Collect Material In -House Plane.
∎ Daily Receive /Issue Follow up and system update.
∎ Takes Monthly, Half Yearly and Annual Inventory and Makes Report
∎ Send Documents/MRR to Accounts for making Payments.
∎ Maintain 5S and Visual Workplace in Store Areas.
∎ Lead, Motivate & Develop the Subordinate work Force.
∎ Audit (System VS Physical Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).
∎ Co-Ordinate with Other Function.
∎ Follow Up Stock Movement.
∎ Material Short & Excess Report to Procurement Section or Supplier Site.
∎ Identifying stock category (FSN) and making reports.
∎ System Update as Per Challan
∎ Generate GRN Report
∎ Print GRN Report and file up Documents Properly.
∎ Create Challan, Gate Pass and authorization.
∎ Others Task Assign by Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Data Base maintain in excel & software, leadership & good communication skill, Reporting and documentation
