ROLE PURPOSE

• To protect the business by ensuring stock accuracy, wastage visibility, and system integrity through audits, reviews, and controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Stock Accuracy & Control

• Review negative stock reports

• Investigate stock discrepancies

• Support cycle counts

• Prevent/correct unauthorised adjustments

2. Wastage & Write-Off Management

• Track wastage by store and category

• Ensure correct reason codes used

• Report trends weekly

• Flag preventable wastage

3. System Hygiene

• Identify duplicate SKUs

• Archive delisted products

• Validate SKU completeness

• Prevent data drift

4. Reporting & Control

• Support weekly store health summaries

• Highlight repeated issues

• Provide evidence for escalation
