Job Context:
∎ Sajeeb Group is looking for a result oriented IT professional for their Corporate Head office who will support their continuous growth in the area of MIS.
∎ If the candidate has prior experience implementing secondary sales software, they will have an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the sales team, prepare a training sheet and train them.
∎ Weekly report presentation to management.
∎ To recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ To ensure strong backup and security management.
∎ To prepare different kinds of MIS related reports as per business requirements.
∎ Installing, configuring & maintaining computer (desktop/laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, UPS, IP, and other IT appliances.
∎ Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
∎ Support the end user with LAN and wireless networks, Desktops & Laptops, email services, Microsoft Outlook applications, MS Excel, endpoint antivirus.
∎ Daily maintenance of PCs and laptops, including operating system installation and software configuration, Replace parts as required.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Arrange for the repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in Bangla and English in both writing and speaking.
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Fit to travel all over the country for trainning purpose.
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS excel application
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
