Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Follow-up of Market Information Representatives and Supervisors in field
∎ Preparing Presence Survey Report (Daily, weekly & monthly) & sending email to concerned personnel
∎ Monitoring & tracking Market Information Representatives & Supervisors Expense bill
∎ Communication Supervisors regarding daily survey report.
∎ Maintain Market Information Representatives & Supervisors daily attendence
∎ Maintain correspondence on behalf of department
∎ Monitoring & preparing pharmacy wise date expiry report
∎ Field work with Market Information Representatives
∎ Preparing work schedule with Institute Name
∎ Collecting daily report massage from mobile device & Report entry
∎ Expense bill checking of Market Information Representatives
∎ Monitoring team Members as per schedule work timely
∎ Verifying snaps daily sent daily by Market Information Representatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Efficient with MS Word and Excel
∎ Good in communication
∎ Good in data analysis and report preparing

Salary: Negotiable
