Through a streamlined, one-stop model, BPL ensures skilled deployment, compliance, and worker protection across every stage of the migration journey.
Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for creating CVs, recruiting, selecting, training, briefing, deploying, and managing other HR-related activities effectively while ensuring service quality. Additionally, you will maintain communication with employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze demand letters to understand employee requirements.
Identify and mobilize potential candidates for overseas employment through community outreach, field visits, and partnerships with local agents and training centers.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and shortlist eligible candidates based on employer criteria.
Coordinate skill assessments and language tests
Liaise with training institutions (e.g., BRAC Institute of Skills Development) for upskilling and pre-departure orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates using a recruitment management system or internal database.
Provide counseling to candidates and their families on migration processes, rights, risks, and financial planning.
Assist with document collection, visa processing, and other administrative requirements related to deployment.
Organize and support job fairs, information sessions, and interview drives.
Ensure that recruitment activities adhere to national (e.g., NSDA, BMET) and international standards (e.g., ILO Fair Recruitment).
Report regularly on recruitment progress and maintain strong communication with overseas employers and placement partners.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
