∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Local acc booking and in house based on sewing plan
∎ Checking corporate Acc with FPPC and confirm to Corporate MER
∎ Follow up Corporate Acc and inhouse before one week of loading
∎ Verify replenishment fab and acc if needed
∎ SAP related work
∎ LC related work
∎ Prepare Pre-packing/Final list and submit 02 weeks early to Log
∎ Submit Pre-Packing list to Finishing after one week of sewing start
∎ SKU prepare
∎ Short/excess shipment apply in SPL system
∎ Review/Monitor fab performance before preparing packing list
∎ Monitor cut plan and arrange fab 02 days early from required
∎ Issued fab to cutting dept based on shipment priority and give instruction to Warehouse for M2M if needed and keep record
∎ Prepare cutting wastage report monthly
∎ Record upcoming material and sub-material schedule and send email to concern person weekly
∎ Follow up the new style color wise fabric submission to LAB for testing
∎ Follow up the fabric inspection report & if find any problem in fabric claim to Corporate
∎ Submit the pre-cut report before cutting start for each SO
∎ Raise the replenishment if needed at early with all relevant data to corporate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English
∎ Computer Skills in MS-Office, MS- Excel
∎ Must be self-motivated, positive attitude with team building spirit & cooperation.
∎ Having flexibility, professional confidence, corporate sensitivity is appreciable.
