∎ Excellent managerial and coordination skills to establish efficient working relations and develop a partnership with Government, Development Partners, UN Technical Agencies and NGO officials to contribute in National Response on HIV/AIDS program.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in computer skills of word processing in MS Word, MS Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint Presentation.
∎ Knowledge on STATA and GIS will be considered as an added advantage.

∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Officer MEAL - will perform her/his job under the supervision of the Technical Specialist -FDUI (Female Drug User Intervention) as a member of the MEAL unit, s/he will be responsible for program monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and reporting under the ViiV project. S/he will prepare a monitoring plan, conduct field monitoring visits and RDQA periodically, and share visit findings. S/he will collect, review, and will provide necessary guidance to Sub-recipients (SRs) for preparing periodic, annual, and project completion reports. S/he will compile monthly/periodic performance of SRs/SSRs and share them with the HIV/AIDS team. S/he will also be responsible for preparing reports for ViiV Health Care County office reporting including COMPASS. S/he will be responsible for updating the M&E framework, data collection and reporting tools, operational definitions, quality measurement indicators, and benchmarks for SRs and SSRs for the project. s/he will ensure appropriate data collection, documentation and reporting from the beginning of the program in collaboration with them. S/he will organize M&E team meetings and training for the capacity development of partner M&E staff members on monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. S/he will ensure close contact and communication with ASP, provide technical support in updating PLHIV profile, the formation of unique ID for KPs, updating the DHIS2 data entry platform-based S/he will also be responsible for the effective functioning of the accountable mechanism at the field level and MEAL reporting.
