Bachelors in Development Studies/ Agriculture/ Rural Development/ Economics/ Statistics or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university/ Institution.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in data collection, MIS, and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized platforms).

  • Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, poultry, fisheries, mechanization, and rural development.

  • Ability to provide hands-on support and capacity-building to field teams.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • This position is open for Bangladeshi nationals only.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement a robust MEAL framework, including tools, indicators, and reporting templates aligned with project objectives.

  • Conduct field visits to monitor the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of interventions (crop, livestock, poultry, fisheries, mechanization, and agri-entrepreneurship).

  • Provide hands-on technical support to field staff for data collection, verification, and reporting.

  • Prepare annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly reports for internal and donor requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project data in MIS and reporting platforms.

  • Analyze project performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve implementation.

  • Support baseline, midline, and endline surveys, and other evaluation studies as required.

  • Facilitate learning workshops, internal reviews, and reflection sessions to integrate lessons into project implementation.

  • Ensure compliance with BRAC’s standards, policies, and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

  • Maintain documentation of field activities, case studies, success stories, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data sharing, verification, and quality assurance.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
