Education:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data collection, MIS, and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized platforms).
Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, poultry, fisheries, mechanization, and rural development.
Ability to provide hands-on support and capacity-building to field teams.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Develop and implement a robust MEAL framework, including tools, indicators, and reporting templates aligned with project objectives.
Conduct field visits to monitor the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of interventions (crop, livestock, poultry, fisheries, mechanization, and agri-entrepreneurship).
Provide hands-on technical support to field staff for data collection, verification, and reporting.
Prepare annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly reports for internal and donor requirements.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project data in MIS and reporting platforms.
Analyze project performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve implementation.
Support baseline, midline, and endline surveys, and other evaluation studies as required.
Facilitate learning workshops, internal reviews, and reflection sessions to integrate lessons into project implementation.
Ensure compliance with BRAC’s standards, policies, and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Maintain documentation of field activities, case studies, success stories, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data sharing, verification, and quality assurance.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
