Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Head of Marketing to design and implement the marketing campaign.
∎ Provide day to day marketing support to clinics as per plan.
∎ Assist the Head of Marketing in research and analysis data to plan future campaigns and marketing initiatives.
∎ Assist the Head of Marketing to analyze revenue trends.
∎ Guide advertising and production agencies in developing marketing materials.
∎ Prepare and submit periodically sales and marketing reports.
∎ Carry out other assignments as advised by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Experience in Brand Marketing.
∎ Experience in ATL & BTL communication, Business Development, Product Development, Managing Brands, Media Management, Social Business Management will be preferred.
∎ Extensive field trip requirement.
∎ Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, strong problem-solving skills, time management skills, and proactiveness.
∎ Hands-on experience with relevant MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others) and cloud-based software (MS SharePoint, Google Suite, Google Drive etc).
∎ Proficient in English and Bangla typing.
∎ Team player.
