Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in Business Administration/ Masters in Management, Economics or Development Studies or any other relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience working on market system development, value chain development and relevant fields. Prior experience in climate smart, clean energy sectors will be an advantage
∎ Familiarity and experience with project management concepts such as Logical Frameworks, Impact Logic or Results Chains
∎ Considerable understanding and knowledge of rural markets, trading relationships and rural service provision
∎ Previous experience in sales and marketing preferable
∎ Experience in business planning with entrepreneurs
∎ Adept knowledge in financial management, budgeting, bill settlements and compliances
∎ Must understand the technical, social, and other constraints in the development field.
