Educational Requirements:
∎ A Master's Degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure collecting order sheets from the Order Development (OD) team
∎ Check the ratio and costing of the centres requisitions
∎ Coordinate with Procurement and Design Department regarding the requisitions
∎ Assist the Procurement Department regarding purchases, as and when required
∎ Ensure checking ratio(s) and cost(s) of the trims and accessories of the requisition(s) received from the production centers
∎ Keep the records of the requisitions with sample and delivery challan
∎ Ensure receiving trims and accessories in the right quality and right quantity as per the requisitions along with challans from the Procurement Department
∎ Communicate the concerned OD team regarding the received trims and accessories
∎ Ensure maintaining the records of the requisition(s), trims and accessories, sample(s), and delivery challan(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences
∎ Knowledge about logistics management and distribution management
∎ Knowledge of ratio and cost calculation of the trims and accessories
∎ Understanding of the purchase process
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and record keeping skills
∎ Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
