Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Trade Course completed .
∎ Diploma Engineering in Auto Mobile Mechanic Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Automobile Engineering, Candidates should have experience for transport management ., Transport Management Admin at Garments Divisions, Transportation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Automobile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall coordination in handling and managing transport operations .
∎ Constantly keeps update of vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance etc.) and take necessary steps of new vehicle registration.
∎ Keep all existing license / Certificates up to date and also obtain new license as and when required.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Scheduled / nonscheduled maintenance & repair works
∎ Experience on demanding procedure of spares / components.
∎ Strictly maintain fuel consumption ratio and ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked on regular basis.
∎ Submit regular and comprehensive monthly report in relation with transport maintenance, fuel consumption, inclusion of any new vehicle, license/Certificates registration, safety & security of the plant etc.
∎ Capable to find out the faults of vehicle and take necessary solution with minimum cost.
∎ Capable to maintain the vehicle documentation like BRTA related works, insurance claim and settlement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Energetic & Enthusiastic.
∎ Strong verbal & written communication ability.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge in computer (MS word, Excel, Power point)
∎ Self Motivated.
