Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving bill accordingly from concern person.
∎ Checking suppliers claim against delivery with justifications and forwarding bills to A&F after audit.
∎ Solving problematic bills along with long pending dues and reports to head of department on regular basis.
∎ Disseminate payment data & VAT certificates towards purchaser.
∎ Ensure total informative market survey system with updates market price and ensuring availability of alternatives.
∎ Any other activities as & when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Graduate in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
∎ Candidate with CA course completed will get preference.
∎ 2/3 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills along with sound computer literacy (MS Office).
Salary: Negotiable
