Responsibilities & Context:
Receive construction materials according to Challan / Transfer Memo.
Issue MRR based on the actual quantity.
Prepare Index Based Store Management.
Data entry in Software & Keeping Stock Book up to date.
Various reporting to the department supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Receive spare parts according to Challan / Transfer Memo.
Maintain gate pass.
Maintaining liaison with different department of the organization.
Travel to different places as and when required.
Any other task assigned by the concerned supervisor.
