Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering or in a closely related subject from any reputed university ( KUET, CUET, RUET, SUST, DUET will be preferred )
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ie and planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and optimize production processes.
∎ Monitor and improve production efficiency to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to increase productivity.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Train and educate workers on efficient work methods and best practices.
∎ Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
∎ Maintain records and prepare reports related to industrial engineering activities.
∎ Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement;
∎ Save SMV by introducing new methods of development & innovation;
∎ Modify the design & layout of man, machine, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Operator skill checking, communicating with respective cross-functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found;
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process;
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it;
∎ Find out the root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality, and product reliability;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and problem solving skill.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.
∎ MS Excel knowledge is required and Power BI skill will be added an advantage.
