Responsibilities & Context:
- Micro level Product Focus to minimize Change over, follow SMED & Lean tools ,& continue bulk Production (Closely follow up by PPC).
- Capacity study, Production study and historical data analysis to improve capacity.
- Capacity and manpower requirement evaluate of Production department.(Cutting/Embroidery/Sewing/Finishing)
- Evaluate quarterly skill requirement and monitoring and follow up training school process.
- Designing modify and implementing incentive schemes.
- Method development/ innovation for SMV reduction.
- Prior preparation for the coming styles two weeks in advance.
- Analyzing VSM(Value Stream Mapping)
- Any other task assigned by management.
