Additional Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant field (Gender and Inclusion, Gender-Based Violence, Disability Inclusion), with 1 year of experience in emergency response.

  • In-depth knowledge of training design, development, and delivery.

  • Detailed knowledge of capacity building techniques.

  • Understanding of learning aids and their effective use.

  • Proficient in operating computers, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to produce high-quality reports, success stories, and case studies.

The Opportunity

The position Officer-Inclusion is responsible for the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities in line with donor requirements. It involves working jointly with different stakeholders to achieve the project goals and strengthening project staff to ensure the quality implementation of the project`s ESS and inclusion plan according to the DIP. The role includes the capacity development of staff, volunteers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position requires the ability to design and facilitate training, meetings, and workshops independently. Additionally, the position works with the Research and Monitoring Lead to design monitoring tools that track ESS, gender and inclusion, and social norms-related changes within the community. Effective communication with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization, on complex or sensitive issues is also essential.
