Additional Requirements:
0-3-year experience in Accessories industry.
Should be expert in Microsoft Excel and data Analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
To improve productivity by implementing new method and developing existing method.
To run smooth production with proper quality as well as buyer satisfaction, To eliminate Lean waste from assigned section.
To improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for assigned section.
To solve any types of problem by finding root cause and take preventive action plan.
To calculate and co-ordinate capacity planning with SMV for assigned Section, To set operation and allocation according to the production plan, ensuring optimum manpower, machine wise manpower machine and materials utilization with maximum output.
To find bottleneck areas, conduct root cause analysis and improve areas for better solution.
To make manpower plan & budget annually for assigned section.
To supervise and control day to day working and overtime plan of production floor, To find out low efficiency areas and suggest for necessary solution.
To calculate and report on efficiency & manpower utilization and machineries on daily basis.
To check raw material availability and plan for production as per raw materials availability.
To run any projects assigned by the management.
