∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting, internet & ICT training.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gather field level information to propose and design innovative ICT interventions and best practices, Provide regular ICT support including support to all programs and projects of BEP, Providing ToT and training to different programs and projects, Maintenance of ICT equipment at different offices.
∎ Develop and review ICT training modules and incorporate feedback for upgrading modules according to the need of the programme so that the quality of the programme can be ensured and follow up, observe, collect, analyze data of ICT Training.
∎ Address and resolve hardware and software-related issues at the field level.
∎ Providing Staff Capacity development ToT on BEP WEBMIS, different online conference tools, could service, Troubleshooting, Finger Print and Face Device Related work Internet related Training to AM,BM,PO,PS,Teachers at Different Programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
