∎ At least 3 years’ experience in HRD at any commercial Bank is preferred·    Excellent knowledge in MS excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
∎ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Prepare, update and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
∎ To manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation like monthly salaries, festival bonuses, overtime and other employee benefits·
∎ To assist in calculation of income tax and deduct at sources.
∎ Processing employee separation as per HR policy.
∎ Processing Staff loans both new and takeover.
∎ To assist in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
∎ Assist to ensure automation on HR issues.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018).
∎ Assist in the implementation of day to day HR operations related issues to the Bank.
∎ Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
