Job Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years relevant working experience, especially in recruitment and new recruit orientation;
∎ Good understanding on HR administration related issues, basic on general HR management and knowledge on office management and filing;
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail;
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skill both in Bangla and English;
∎ Good in database information management and demonstrated ability to maintaining confidentiality;
∎ Documentation & filing skills and good command on MS Word and Excel;
∎ Post graduate diploma or certificate course in HR or Personnel Management is preferred
