Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in job postings, CV collection, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Coordinate with departments to gather basic hiring information.
∎ Support record-keeping and ensure recruitment documentation aligns with JAAGO’s guidelines.
∎ Assist in organizing orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
∎ Help with documentation and file management for new joiners.
∎ Provide general administrative support in staff engagement activities.
∎ Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave data, and salary inputs.
∎ Assist in record maintenance for tax, benefits, and salary adjustments under supervision.
∎ Coordinate with finance and relevant departments for disbursement tasks.
∎ Update and maintain employee records in the designated HR software.
∎ Assist in attendance tracking, leave updates, and generating basic reports.
∎ Help maintain physical and digital employee files in accordance with policy.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ JAAGO Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer – Human Resources to support key HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, payroll support, HR documentation, and software data entry. Working closely with senior HR personnel, the Officer will play an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in an NGO setting and be capable of handling tasks with diligence and discretion.

∎ Recruitment & Selection Support:
