Responsibilities & Context:
ONE BANK PLC is seeking a smart, energetic, and self-motivated professional for the position of Business Development and Implementation Officer – Strategic Alliance within the Card Division. The role involves building partnerships with reputable merchants and corporate houses to add value to the Bank's card products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, supporting team members, and ensuring the successful execution of alliance projects to drive growth.
Monitor the Strategic Alliance team members' performance and motivate them to achieve their targets.
Identify and approve new discount and Smart EMI merchants.
Execute promotional activities and campaigns related to merchant acquisition and strategic alliances.
Conduct periodic visits to all merchants and ensure their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Ensure cardholder queries related to merchant activities are handled effectively.
Initiate product ideas and develop ongoing features and benefits tailored for each target segment.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and meet targets.
