Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as Gender & PSEA focal of EPRC project
∎ Ensure the well-being of the students by following up on regular classes and field visit
∎ Provide training and counselling to the Host/FDMN teachers and the Staff on Gender and PSEA issues
∎ Design training schedule, module and budget with input from concerned persons.
∎ Plan and deliver monthly training plan to Team Lead/ Project Manager and donor.
∎ Take a proactive role to support the design and technical delivery of child survivors and children at-risk of Neglect, Abuse, Exploitation, and Violence.
∎ Build and maintain strong communication with the respective sector as well as other humanitarian agencies working with Gender & PSEA and also with government authorities.
∎ Provide support in UNHCR assessment cases.
∎ Assisting to provide necessary psychosocial and emotional support to the victim of violence, and children in crisis to boost their confidence and develop resilience in challenges.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and the guiding principles of the organization & UNHCR.
∎ Support any severe or special cases identified by the project management team and report to the higher management as well as the donor agency.
∎ Ensure the work plan, analyze the accomplishment report and provide required feedback to the project management.
∎ Monitoring & Supervision:
∎ Closely supervise the Project Management team with an effective team-building strategy.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the regular activities of the project-assigned officers in relation to gender & PSEA issues.
∎ Provide appropriate support to the identified vulnerable children and families through a regular home visits, providing guidance, advice, and emotional and psychosocial support and referrals on time.
∎ Reporting & Documentation:
∎ Assist Team Lead/ Project manager with qualitative and quantitative reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly/ Event Report) to the donor
∎ Submit the investigation report to the concerned persons by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Prepare progress report ( Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
∎ Coordination & representation:
∎ Agree to comply with the CODEC code of conduct and ensure Gender and PSEA standards are upheld.
∎ Adhere to and ensure the team under her/his responsibility follows CODEC administrative and logistic regulations and procedures.
∎ Attend all coordination meetings and share meeting results/findings with the management. Ensure effective coordination through attending all meetings, workshops, training, and forums at the sector level and represent the organization and update the Team Lead / Project Manager about new decisions.
∎ Maintain good communication with the UNHCR field team and Stakeholders to adhere to the Gender and PSEA concerns.
∎ Attend Camp level Coordination meetings as per need.
∎ Undertake all other duties that may be determined by the organization and that are compatible with the job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of increasingly responsible relevant professional experience.
∎ Demonstrated experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, gender based violence, misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an ability to conduct face-to face and remote learning events.
∎ Strong Report writing skill both Bangla &English
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in the field of NGO.
∎ Must have Computer knowledge (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc.)
∎ Strong in English and capable to write quality report in English is necessary.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making

Salary:
∎ Tk. 68000 (Monthly)
