Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably MBS) from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm receiving standard quality finish goods and returned the reject finish goods.
∎ Ensure updating products receive and delivered, and maintain records in-store register books & ERP software.
∎ Assure sending standard quality finish goods to HO for billing and rectify the returned finish products by altering section.
∎ Ensure a neat & clean environment by maintaining safety & security at the stores accordingly.
∎ Create effective planning and monitor the finishing works for in-time delivery.
∎ Ensure complete the finishing process of the goods timely and product quality for minimizing cost, rejection and alteration.
∎ Monitor ‘Daily Production Report’ and communicate with the management.
∎ Assist Centre Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork and good employee relations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experiences in store/ inventory management in manufacturing organization
∎ Knowledge of Inventory Management, Production Planning and Production Process (Finishing)
∎ Basic understanding of Textile and Garments products
∎ Experience in Production monitoring and evaluation including Quality assurance of products
∎ Problem solving and Analytical capability.
∎ Report writing and Computer skills (MS word and Excel)
