Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Accounting/ B.Com/BBA with Chartered Accountancy qualified (partial). Holding of ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) certificate would get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General Responsibilities:
∎ The FO will be primarily responsible for performing full compliance of the portfolios under him/her from financial and grant management perspective.
∎ Specific Responsibilities"
∎ Ensure Donor Compliance for the projects for which he/she is responsible
∎ Ensure NGOAB Compliance for the projects for which he/she is responsible
∎ Ensure NBR (Tax, VAT) related compliance of iDE
∎ Prepare financial statement for Project management, donor, external audit.
∎ Facilitate external audit
∎ Ensure capturing financial data in due time into financial system.
∎ Review bills/invoice/purchase request form/advance request forms of concern projects
∎ Prepare final payment of related staff
∎ Establishment of process of partnership management
∎ Prepare budget, budget revision for donor and NGOAB
∎ Prepare various types of financial reconciliation for ensuring authenticity
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Monitor field finance work and partners' financial operation following donor, statute and organizational regulation
∎ Coordination and Support:
∎ Support field finance officer in managing financials at project areas
∎ Liaison with other departments and others organization as and when require
∎ Other Responsibilities:
∎ Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work Experience: 2 to 5 years with related experience suitable with responsibilities

∎ Reliable, Self-motivated, Creative Thinker, Committed, Punctual

∎ Physical, Language and Technical Skills:
∎ Ability to travel and undertake fieldwork in rural contexts
∎ Written and oral communication skills in English, including ability to present coherent and convincing messages to different audiences
∎ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, email and the internet
∎ Familiarity with internet based software systems
∎ Other Information and Conditions:
∎ As FO will closely work with expat staff so proficiency in English language is must in addition of mother language of Bengali.
Salary:
∎ BDT.45,000 (plus others benefits as per organization policy)
