Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete Knowledge about Management, Mission, Vision, Core Values of Meridian Finance & Investment Ltd.
∎ Clear understanding about Product Policy Guidelines (PPG) of relevant products of MFIL & communicate with customers accordingly.
∎ Achievement of annual Home Loan & Liability business & Revenue target set by MFIL Management
∎ Set individual & team members business targets and MoM achievement of target
∎ Ensure achievement of target through necessary coordination with CRM & Operations department
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
∎ Loan customers follow-up & visits for new business acquisition
∎ Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on consistency of income/sources of fund of a customer and the transactions relating to the account. Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as & when required;
∎ Ensure basic documentation along with complete application form at the time of submission of any loan proposal/ deposit.
∎ Retention of existing asset- liability customers;
∎ Generate revenue & maintain lower OD, NPL, PAR of loan portfolio;
∎ Staying updated with relevant product knowledge through training and regular meeting
∎ Ensure service to assigned Real estate Developer & Corporate Offices and customers;
∎ Ensure quality customer service to existing & new customer of MFIL
∎ Collect customer feedback and market research
∎ Maintaining Discipline ,ethical standard and compliance
∎ Arranging training/discussion session for the key stakeholders such as RE Developer/Corporate
∎ Maintain MFIL code conduct
∎ Strong understanding regarding AML & CFT guidelines for day to day business activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Home Loan marketing in Chattogram zone
∎ Age must not exceed 35 years at the time of application
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and selling skills
∎ Quick learner and ability to accept changes
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
