Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• 1 to 3 years

• Prior working experience in poultry,fisheries, fertilizer, pesticide and animal health sales operation will be preferred.

• Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.

• Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in dealing with dealers, agents, etc.

• Have good communication, selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

• Promote Fish Feed products and consistently achieve the assigned sales targets.

• Manage and develop dealers within the designated areas/districts, ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining strong business relationships.

• Provide farm management support, including arranging and conducting training sessions for farmers as needed.

• Analyze the current market trends and actively explore opportunities to expand into new markets for Fish Feed sales.

• Conduct regular visits to fish farms to promote products, strengthen customer relationships, and generate sales.

• Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
