Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify industry specific employers' demands through local market survey, interview and arranging stakeholders’ consultation forum etc.
∎ To identify and secure potential partner organisation for providing industrial attachment and job placement
∎ To ensure job placement for project graduates by identifying and securing potential employers through developing partnership & signing MOU
∎ To maintain regular communication with the employers, following up project graduates’ performances
∎ To maintain effective communication with different industry specific employers’ forum, industry specific associations etc.
∎ To develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience in related field
∎ Knowledge in business management
∎ Skills in implementing marketing activities at the field level
∎ Good presentation skill in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound communication skill and good writing skill in English
∎ Flexible for traveling outside of Dhaka and frequent movement within Dhaka City
∎ Having valid motor cycle license is preferable
