Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree /Master's Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile Engineering) in any discipline from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the job sample and prepare the loading plan.
∎ Create an effective production plan and monitor the production for timely delivery.
∎ Distribute the work as per capacity and workers competency in the sub-centre as well as provide the proper production guidelines to the sub-centers.
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Confirm receiving the quality raw materials and their proper utilization as per job order.
∎ Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
∎ Maintain product delivery and received records in the register books as well as ERP software.
∎ Monitoring 'Daily Production Report' and communicating with the management.
∎ Assist Centre Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
∎ Proper utilization of resources and solving problems regarding issues of the sub-center.
∎ Keep a healthy working environment, safety, security and maintenance of the sub-center.
∎ Providing strong leadership to the staff at the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork and good employee relations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in production in RMG manufacturing
∎ Understanding of the production process (thread count, color and embroidery stitch, etc) and production planning
∎ Knowledge of Textile & Garments products along with Logistics and distribution management
∎ Understanding of production monitoring, quality assurance and evaluation process.
∎ Knowledge of HR and compliance management
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills
