Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ACI Motors, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, is dealing with Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, and Heavy Construction Equipment.ACI Motors focuses on digital marketing and social media marketing to build close contact with its customers and stakeholders. ∎ Response to social media-based (i.e. Facebook, Youtube, etc.) customer queries.
∎ Collect market information and prepare the report according to the data.
∎ Make prompt communication to the service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer through social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.
∎ Execute sales/service approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales/service confirmation.
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in the prescribed format.
∎ Manage digital marketing activities on events as required.
∎ Prepare and update online content and promotional materials.
∎ Track and prepare report on performances of online platforms.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
