This role will be responsible for ensuring that all fabric cutting processes meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining the quality of cut materials, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to reduce waste and improve overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming fabrics for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications before cutting.
Monitor and ensure accuracy in cutting patterns, markers, and layouts.
Conduct regular quality checks during and after the cutting process.
Identify, document, and report cutting defects and deviations.
Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality reports, and production data.
Assist in training cutting operators on quality standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality procedures.
