Job Context:

We are hiring energetic and committed individuals for the position of Officer in various departments including Production, IE, Planning, HR, Admin, Compliance, QA, Store, etc. The role is ideal for those at the early stage of their career in the garments industry with a basic understanding of factory operations.

Key Responsibilities (Generic for All Departments):

• Assist in executing day-to-day departmental activities smoothly

• Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and workflow

• Maintain department-specific documentation and records properly

• Support in audits, buyer visits, and internal inspections

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

• Ensure SOP adherence and follow-up operational compliance

• Identify and report process gaps or inefficiencies to supervisors

• Support departmental planning and follow-up on pending tasks

• Attend departmental meetings and assist in execution of action plans

• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols at the workplace

• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Department Head or Supervisor
