Job Context:
∎ Alternative Recruitment counts on our Agent Communication and Support department to interact professionally with our valued Agents when they have questions or concerns. We`re looking for a highly skilled Agent service representative and a Computer Operator to join our team, managing inbound phone calls, and email requests with a helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our Agent-first business mentality.
∎ Answering Emails, phone calls, WhatsApp calls & messages of Agents and resolving complaints, providing information that will actually Agents want and collecting necessary documents of applicants from the agent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Agent objections and queries.
∎ He/ She has to look for & manage new Agents online/offline.
∎ Convince Agents to take our services.
∎ Good understanding of sales & marketing
∎ Good presentation skills
∎ Data Entry
∎ Maintain Spreadsheets.
∎ Email to overseas agencies
∎ Supporting Documents preparation.
∎ Meeting with Agents/European colleagues through WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom
∎ Ability to network and connect with a variety of people
∎ Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Maintain effective & strong relationships with Agents.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
∎ Attend new and prospective Agents on a regular basis
∎ Must have the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Accounting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Finance
