Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical generics and international trade.
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) for dealing with foreign clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow in the pharmaceutical commercial function.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in managing commercial activities for generic pharmaceutical products.
Coordinate with foreign clients, suppliers, and distributors for day-to-day business communication.
Support in preparing and reviewing commercial agreements, quotations, and tender documents.
Ensure proper handling of import/export documentation (LC, shipping docs, customs clearance, invoices).
Monitor and maintain pricing, market intelligence, and competitor analysis for generics.
Work closely with regulatory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, forecasts, and business presentations.
Maintain proper records of correspondence, contracts, and compliance documents.
Provide support in developing new international business opportunities.
