Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate/ Masters in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations (MBA in Management or Marketing will preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Biopesticides, fertilizer and pesticide, Seeds
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal administrative, logistic services and IP submission (Import Permit), SRO (Special Release Order), Fertilizer license renewal, Seed registration and related govt. permissions
∎ Collaborate Agriculture departments and gather update information about acts (Pesticide, Fertilizers & Seeds)
∎ Keep update the Govt. and association related registration and license of Fertilizers and Bio-Pesticides products, formulations and Repacking plants etc.
∎ Renew Fertilizer license, Seed registration and related govt permissions
∎ Execute all import related MoA, Khamarbari and Quarantine related activities
∎ Manage import permit issue and special Release Order and others related paper
∎ Conduct administrative services within the enterprise
∎ Ensure all logistic support required by the departments for smoother operations
∎ Coordinate national and international program visitors with logistic support
∎ Prepare export document and Phyto related activities
∎ Responsible to prepare Pesticide related technical labels and advertisement materials
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates.
∎ Knowledge on the Pesticide registration process, Fertilizer registration process, supply and chain management, sales and marketing, financial management, administrative work knowledge, asset maintenance, procurement
∎ Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation
