Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and assess claim documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
∎ Communicate with policyholders, beneficiaries, and relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
∎ Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
∎ Collaborate with medical professionals, legal advisors, and other experts as needed to evaluate claims appropriately.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims processing and providing regular/need-based reports
∎ Liaise with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate claims settlement.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the Hospitals, Clinics and Diagnostic center.
∎ Any other need-based task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive and good team player.
∎ Must have advance computer literacy, especially familiarity with MS-Office, Automation Software, etc.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Excellent written Communication skill in both English and Bangla.
