Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of products (hot melt, solvent based and water based adhesives, varnishes, coatings etc.)
∎ Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process.
∎ Developing cost effective and competitive products.
∎ Testing of raw materials and finished goods (quality and performance).
∎ Establish procedures and protocols for testing of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Analyzing physical and chemical properties of materials using techniques like spectrophotometry, muffle furnace, MFI testers, viscometers etc.
∎ Operating, maintaining and procuring laboratory equipment
∎ Visit customers for technical support, product trial, troubleshooting etc.
∎ Sourcing of raw materials and machineries.
∎ Documenting and preserving all research work.
∎ Preparation of TDS, MSDS and related documents.
∎ Develop safety and environmental policies and protocols for handling raw material and finished goods.
∎ Any work assigned by higher management.
