Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work/sociology, anthropology, development studies, or another relevant field.
At least 2 years’ working experience with the GBV Program
Strong technical understanding of GBV, child protection, and community-based approaches.
Ability to work in a team, capable to work under pressure and be able to work sensitively.
Working with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Save the Children’s core values and humanitarian principles.
Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks, and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable, and resilient manner.

The Opportunity
This position is primarily responsible for the implementation of GBV case management activities as part of the Rohingya refugee response, with a focus on survivors and individuals at risk of Gender-Based Violence. The Officer – Case Work is responsible for the identification, registration, assessment, referral, provision of direct services, and follow-up support to GBV survivors, ensuring adherence to the GBV guiding principles (safety, confidentiality, respect, and non-discrimination).
The Officer – Case Work will ensure documentation, use of standard case management tools, support survivors and their families through the case management process, maintain data protection standards, and provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor.
