• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, MOUs, tenders and B2B.

• Support the execution of corporate events, seminars, campaigns and branding programs.

• Prepare campaign-wise and monthly sales reports, including branding expense summaries.

• Communicate with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist in vendor management, including preparing work orders and coordinating logistics.

• Maintain client visit schedules and prepare visit reports.

• Handle client complaints and ensuring proper follow-up.

• Monitor and update Google Reviews and other digital branding activities.

• Support business analysis activities, including data collection, report preparation and performance tracking.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
